Orders
Orders are processed typically in one working day. Once the order is processed you can not apply for a refund or make any changes to the order. You can view your order status by logging in to your customer panel.

Order Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
In order to receive full refund you must cancel your order within first 48 hours from the time the order was placed by contacting our support team via e-mail (cs at Marketing 1on1.com). Once 48 hours are passed the refund option will not be available. If you wish to make changes to your order you must contact our support within 48 hours. Once 48 hours are passed you won’t be able to make any changes to the order.

Client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO & Link building services:

• All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites, links and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
• Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Marketing 1on1 LLC. does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
• Google has been known to hinder the rankings of new websites (or pages) until they have proven their viability to exist for more than “x” amount of time. This is referred to as the “Google Sandbox.” Marketing 1on1 LLC assumes no liability for ranking/traffic/indexing issues related to Google penalties.
• Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO.
• Due to constant changes in Search Engines algorithms and policies Marketing 1on1 LLC does not assume liability for the links pointing from or to clients website, ranking, traffic or indexing issues.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC is not responsible for any damage you create with buying links. You are responsible for your link profile.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC will not be held responsible should your website receive any penalties, ranking drops or any other issues due to any link building techniques, backlinks or SEO.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC is not responsible for the Client overwriting SEO work to the Client’s site. (e.g., Client/webmaster uploading over work already provided/optimized).
• Marketing 1on1 LLC is not responsible for the Clients’ websites and does not check the quality or has anything to do with the services or products that the Clients’ offer or the accuracy of the Clients’ statements on their own websites.
• Marketing 1on1 LLC has no control for how long the backlinks will stay live since we do not own the websites that the backlinks are coming from.
